What kind of symbolism do you want or is in your mission patch?

We want to show that India can do as many things in space as any other country. We have a rocketship and all of our names on the patch. We also have the date and the name of the mission on our patch. There is not much symbolism in our patch though.

  1. The primary goal is to equalize our achievements with all of the other space programs out there. It is symbolizing something unprecedented and unexpected. By traveling to Uranus, we are advancing India's space program by miles.

  2. Our patch is made up of three circles interwoven with each other; together they form a scene. In the bottom circle there is a picture of Earth, in the upper two there are stars and a picture of Uranus (the planet we plan to colonize) and in the center is our spaceship. Around this is general information about the mission including our names, date, and mission title. Our patch does not have much symbolism in it but I do think it represents our mission and our group well.
